Screen something. Make live sound to go with it. That's it. No other rules.
All films should be submitted on standard DVDs - let's keep this simple. There is only the one rule, there are no prizes, there will be very little (if any) pay, and no heavy pressure. This is the first event of its kind, so let's just chuck it off the dock and see if it flies!
