Welcome.
This is my archival site housing my early postgraduate work on sustainability and cities, and how we think about these.
The PhD project on urban sustainability, citizenship and
housing was completed in 2006 and can be loaded by clicking the top link on the left; the 1999
Honours thesis on urban community gardens is the link below that.
Zany web architecture.
Since 2007 I've been working at the Urban Research Centre and the website there should soon tell you more about what I've been doing lately, but my blog is where it's (i.e., I'm) at, if intermittently. The work archived here was all carried out in
the Department of Human
Geography, Macquarie University, Australia.
After hand-knitting this website in early 2000 sans web design software, I'm calling it quits on updating here for the foreseeable future. Did I mention the blog? Go check it out before I delete all my sleep-deprived ramblings from my 2008 visits to the US. I mean, I visited the US twice in 2008, not 2008 times... whatever. I actually hang out in blogland, so we can be friends there and chat and such. Visiting here is a trip to the mausoleum. That said, feel free to download and read my stuff. May it drive you to do radical and wondrous things.
Enjoy.
